After years of pushing my body in the Navy, on the basketball court, and in the gym, I learned that real strength isn’t just about power, it’s about balance, mobility, and longevity.

As a Navy Command Fitness Leader, I’ve trained Sailors to perform at their peak, not just to pass a test, but to move well and stay ready for life. That same approach shaped FlexFX: helping people train smarter, recover better, and build bodies that last.

My coaching style is straightforward and results-driven, grounded in science, forged through service, and designed to fit real lives. Fitness should build you up, not burn you out.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on the basketball court, in the kitchen, walking my pup, or spending time with my husband. My mission is simple: help people move with confidence, live with strength, and unlock their full potential.
